Intent with USDA,
Rural Development, Rural Housing Service
Henry County intends to file an application for funding consideration with
the USDA, Rural Development.
Henry County is proposing an application to USDA Rural Development for financial
assistance with purchase of a new ambulance. Henry County is proposing the
replacement of a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter with approximately 390,000 miles with a
new model. The estimated total project cost is $200,000.00. Henry County will apply
for a $30,000.00 Community Facilities Grant from USDA Rural Development with
$170,000.00 being contributed from County Funds.
