The Paris Henry County Landfill is a class III/IV and accepts brush and construction debris for local disposal.  Household garbage is accepted at landfill transfer station.

Waste Tires are accepted for a tipping fee.

Landfill Fees:

-Henry County Residents :

Household waste: $38.00/ton (Minimum charge $15 for 790 lbs.)

Brush/Demolition/Debris: $33/ton (Minimum charge $15 up to 790 lbs.)

-Non Henry County Residents: 

Household waste: $48.00/ton (Minimum charge $25 for 1,040 lbs.)

Brush/Demolition/Debris: $45.00/ton (Minimum charge $25 up to 1,111 lbs.)
