Special Called Meeting of Commission Scheduled for Feb 25, 5PM

The Henry County Mayor as Chairman of the Henry County Board of Commissioners has called a special meeting of the Henry County Board of Commissioners at 5 PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, concerning the matter involving EMS personnel formerly employed by Henry County and/or the Henry County Hospital District (or its subsidiaries) who were not qualified to receive TCRS benefits. The purpose of the meeting is to receive a status update from legal counsel in an executive session and, thereafter, to consider a proposed tolling agreement and possible settlement authorization.
