The Henry County Courthouse will be open on Wednesday Sept 11, 2024 after all. Due to repair of a water main downtown Paris by the Paris Board of Public Utilities, there was some confusion as to whether the water would have be shut off to the courthouse during repairs. BPU has determined the water to the courthouse will remain on during this repair.
