G. Open Issues from April 8, 2026 meeting:
1. Elkhorn Extension – Packet #9 submitted to PHCIC. No other changes with regard to
previous packet submissions.
2. AMP Grant Status – Contract finished up and first invoice paid. Cancelled check will provide
necessary documentation to complete first reimbursement. Will submit additional invoice
payments once reimbursement process is validated.
